Can someone please help me...

The thing i wan't to do is the same as the flappy bird game... The 'tap to start'. I want to make this so i can tap it and it will play the game,,, Does anyone know how i can do this... Thanks, Any help will be brilliant!, Thanks, Stephen.

When touch is pressed (change scene). Or when touch is pressed change attribute start to true. When start is true (spawn pipes and make bird move)
