Windows - How do I change a project from iPhone to Arcade (or anything else)?

in Working with GS (PC)

Hi everyone - on the Windows version of GameSalad, how do you change the project from an iPhone to an Arcade project? It looks like the Mac version a helpful Home screen that allows you to tweak things, but I can't find this on Windows. Can anyone help me figure this out?
