Changing Screen Size + Combining Templates

I was working on different levels to my game but created them each with a new document. I wanted to know if there was some way that you can import layers and scenes from different documents saved, and if not could there be? I find it easier to work with each level separately then setting it up. Also my original level is in a different screen size, and I want to change it without having to redo the entire level. Is there a way to change the starting screen size?
