Chartboost ads implementation issue.

I am trying to add Chartboost ads to my game. When i try to generate the app, it says i have to enter the App ID into the Chartboost field in Services, otherwise i cannot click Generate APP. I created an app in Chartboost.com and copied and pasted the app ID and signature into GS services tab and wait for them to be saved. The problem is that i still get the message that i have to enter the APP ID into chartboost field and cannot click on Generate App. When i reload the GS publishing page, the Chartboost APP ID and Signature are gone from the fields i have pasted them.

What am i doing wrong?

    I've only just added it to my first game. But I would do some research first whilst you're waiting on getting the best return and CPI etc. Always place a higher priority on those paying more money. Sure, you reduce the pool of advertisers to choose from but it should end up being worth it.

    I am not having this issue at all. Are you putting them into the correct format? IOS or Universal etc?

    I'm putting in IOS App ID and Signature and also I have IOS on Chartboost.com also ...

    Try uploading the game again, and selecting chartboost. You sure you selected this? Just double check everything

    I have uploaded it many times, and always the same. Everything is double-checked, triple-checked etc. I believe it is a bug on GS side, but i am still waiting on their support staff to let me know if it can be fixed. If anyone else had this issue before, maybe they can tell us how they fixed it.

    Thanks for the info Saif. Lets wait for their reply than and see what will happen.

    Can anyone tell me how Chartboost is working on Android, because i cannot use RevMob since it loads slow and will be awful for users, so now i am without ads options on Android until Chartboost gets fixed.
