Is there a new way to setup iAds in iTunes Connect

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I do not see the set up iAds tab in the new game I would like to setup. Is it still a required action?

    Also for some reason when I fill out the game center leaderboard information, it will not let me save. I am not sure why?

    This has never happened with any of my previous published apps

    Apple sends iAds out automatically now nothing to check.

    Another problem, I am trying to setup Game Center Leaderboards in my game, but iTunes Connect won't let me. I have enabled Game Center, selected add single leaderboard, and then I fill out the information correctly, but it doesn't work! It will not let me press the save button, why is this?

    It is your Sort Order. It needs to be checked as well.
