My Answer
Photograph - filtered, amended, or montaged, etc; illustration then scanned into the computer, illustration bought/commissioned or free from a Google search; image made in Photoshop, Gimp or similar, graphical image created in Illustrator or similar; either of those bought/commissioned or free from a Google search; clip art collage from free stuff off the internet.... probably more, etc.
Depending on your device the game is for, size it accordingly, import or drag into GameSalad Creator - reposition it. (Remember twice the width and twice the height if it's for iDevices and you're using RI)
Not my Answer - but a suggestion for new GSC users
I noticed another of your posts earlier asking the difference between a Prototype and an Instance, as well as what sound types are compatible with GSC. Those questions, as well as this one on this thread, are really basic stuff which you could learn if you went through the manual and The Cookbook first.
We are all helpful here and willing to help, but too many basic questions will tire people and they might not be inclined to help; most (experienced) users expect you to learn at least the basics on your own first. So I can recommend:
http://gamesalad.com/manuals
https://help.gamesalad.com/hc/en-us/categories/200134158/
..and after those, there are lots of free video GSC tutorials available online for you to learn from.

Hi - You've rejected my answer, I'm not sure why - what else is there to say about your question?
Perhaps you're rejecting my advice to learn the basics of GSC on your own first - fair enough, your call.
I'll label my answer so others can clearly see it; I'll leave the advice shown after for other new users who might find it useful.
I'll bump your question so someone else can answer it to your satisfaction:

Perhaps the OP is asking how to take a picture of the game?
@RThurman Ah, could be right there, RT; good thinking.
So I'll answer for us, yes?
Hi @ryder55555
Unfortunately there is no behaviour to use to be able to take a screenshot in-game - if that's what you meant... I wish there were, to then post them on Twitter using the existing Tweet Sheet behaviour (Pro only) – maybe one day... You can't import images in-game either (which is also a shame).
