Looking for expert developer/programmer

I have a simple gamesalad template which I have purchased, but have mediocre skill with using gamesalad.
I need an expert who has the Pro version of Gamesalad, who is able to do some of the following tasks:
- Include IAP
- Include ad's (iAd and Chartboost)
- Have the Gamesalad splash screen removed
- Able to submit to the app store on my behalf
- A few other minor changes
Obviously this is a paying job

This is against TOS. As a member you can't solicit someone to add Pro features.

+1 on what Guru mentioned, we could add these features into the game for you, but when it comes to publishing, thats something you have to do. sorry
