Well, i just installed the software and download a guide to make games, installed android sdk java jdk.. Android is only for pro and i don't have the money to pay 300$ i'm from Venezuela. The program look nice, the next time you guys should post something like Android games only for pro users .. have a goodnight. Sorry for my english

I think he realised that android publishing is for pro only, hence why he said he didn't have the $300 for pro. However, there was definetly some contradiction from @Pibio‌ in the last sentence.
From what i gather and guess, pibio is probably suggesting that android publishing be for free users aswell.

You are mistaken @Pibio‌ The free version allows you to build/create both Android and iOS games but you can ONLY publish iOS games. However to publish to iOS you will need an Apple computer.

What it means Pibio is you can use the free version to learn how to make games and learn how to use the software, but if you finish your game and want to publish it to Android you need to pay the $299.
