App Rejection Help!

in iPhone and Android Publishing

i submitted my app to apple for review and it got rejection for these reasons:

"We found that your app exhibited one or more bugs, when reviewed on iPhone 5s running iOS 7.1.1, on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.

Your app launches to a blank screen and does not load any content. Please refer to the attached screenshot/s for more information."

can someone help me with what i need to do next?

    That happened to me. Try upploading it again. I guess those bugs happen randomly. I had no prob on my game and also my screen change pictures. really weird

    is there something in Xcode i need to do?
