Actors doesn't show up on the product app!

Hi,

I dunno if this problem has already been solved. I am new here. I just published my new app "YomYom" on the appstore
and few actors came out black. They are showing up good on the gamesalad program but not on the actual app.

Please help, what can I do to fix this problem.

    Arvin,
    Look if that black pictures of you are RGB colored! And not CMYK colored. Sometimes it will help.

    Thanks a lot! Actually, it was the resolution size. The files wasn't below 1024pixels.
    And this was the reason about it! But thanks for your advice it'll help me for later.
