Sound issues on beginner project - please help

in Working with GS (PC)

When we play in gamesalad "preview", the sounds are immediate and crisp. Then when we publish and play

in Windows XP firefox, sounds are slow (3-5 seconds) and garbled.
and in Windows 7 IE, sounds do not come in at all. (Same thing on ipad with Safari).
Any ideas or hints to improve??

    More info: project was created in Windows Creator 0.10.4.1. When the green box is dragged to the red "1" the sound of the word cat should be heard, and if dragged to the red 2, a boom should be heard; if the red box is dragged to the red 2 the word cat should be heard, and if dragged to the red 1, a boom should be heard.

    I've not yet heard of this? maybe report as bug?
