Unable to change names

I am using W7 on a pc and have installed Gamesalad. I am unable to change the names of things, eg actors or scenes etc. When I click on say Scene 1, it highlights blue but when I double click nothing happens. The indented box that accepts type does not appear. The only place that box appears is when I click + then text in the attribute section. In there I can type into the box. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I have also tried using someone elses half built program. They can change names on their laptop but I am unable to. Your help will be greatly appreciated. I fixed the problem, increase the double-click speed on the mouse.

I would recommend putting a dash between your user name on the forums. Having a space in your name can cause problems in the publishing system
