Saving sounds to your SD cars [Mobile]

hi, im working on a big app with sounds, but i want to ask if you can do this:

Lets say you double tap on a picture with a sound, and i want to save the sound to your SD card, so you can put it as a ringtone or something like that, is that possible? could someone please help?

so double tap / or tap one's on a photo, than the sound will be added to your SD card on your mobile.

I don't believe that is possible with Gamesalad.
