Hello!
I have an issue, after making game and pressing "Publish" button there is a window in GameSalad
website to fulfill with metadata (photos, destriptions etc). Afterall there is nothing to press like "finish"
or something, or maybe I just don't see such. I have an account on itunesconnect and i fulfilled all
metadata also there and I cannot publish a game using Application Loader when I have got .app from
GameSalad. Can anyone help me? Waiting for answers

There is an error in Application Loader:

on the website in the top right you need to hit the button to actually generate the build AFTER filling in all the correct information

yes I generated the .app, and with that I have to go on the itunesconnect and fulfill all over again? Or it's already on the appstore?
@MichalCh
Once you input all your info in itunes connect...it shoukd say prepare for upload...then you make it ready for upload....once this portion is done you do NOT have to do this again. You have about 4 months to uplaod your app....if you dont mind. I have a link to a series of videos from certificates to publishing. There is a soecific video on what to do for creating your app ready for upload through application loader.
You probably are needing to just watch this one though. Iy may help you.
App signing.

Ok well it looks like to me that its bot the fact that your using an incorrect certificate....you dont have one inserted in your xcode. Again I invite you to look at this video an follow instructions. Make sure when all is done that in your keychain access you have Only ONE dvelopers certificate and only ONE Distribution certificate.
When you generate them from apple and download them to your MAC...your not done. You have to doubke click them and watch xcode icon bounce in your dock. Then you have orooerly inserted them. Watch thi video here.
If you need to....delete any previous atempts and start over.
Also...make sure you have even went through the steps of requesting a certificate from authority in your keychain acess
Now....concerning the IFDA issue. I created a tutorial last night for this problem but for some reason Youtube rejected in. If your app in tunes connect is still status invalid binary then follow these instructions.
When you click on the blue button that says "prepare for upload"...you will be brought to a page that asks you a series of questions...specifically about IFDA's. IF you do not have ads....click NO....if you have ANY ads what so ever you want to click yes....and then to the left and down a bit there will be another button to check yes to "serves advertising within the app".....then at the bottom click where it says you agree to allowing users to disable advertising or something to that affect.
Click done and you should be good to go. Ill try to upload this video again this afternoon....its 20 minutes long....it runs through the entire application uploader process.
Yay its now active...

Thank you for your response. I have done exactly as it is in the tutorials. Still same problem as on the dropbox screenshot. I wrote to apple also but no response from them so far. I have two certificates as you have(had) on the first tutorials:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/fwhj00xp2nanprl/certificates.png
Error still the same in the Application Loader "Invalid Provisioning Profile (...) [missing code-signing certificate] (...)"
And about the IDFA is there any chance I can somehow redo "upload binary" action? Because to be honest I don't remember that I did so and I don't have this button anymore.
Regards
Is it possible that it happens so because I might have made mistakes during "upload binary" process? Shall I delete and start all over?
Regards
@MichalCh
I had two certificates because I was making a tutorial. You should only have one authority cerificate....from keychain access....and two from apple...ove dev, one production.

As far as the IFDA...once your App is waiting for download.... For some reason you cant go back. You have to try...get rejected and then you can make yoir changes. Stupid I know.

How Can I be rejected when I cannot upload a binary? Is there any way?
Regards
@MichalCh
Ok i looked at your errors again and saw your pics with the floppyflopbird thing.
Looks like your certificates (dev and distr) are in good order.
Something makes me think you are just not picking the correct provisioning profile for your app. May I suggest making a new set of provisioning profiles for your game...and date them so you know you are using the latest one. You may even delete or rename the previous ones as "ignore" so you dont get confused. You may have to even use a new name for your bundle identifier as those are used now...you only have to change it slightly. Your game name can remain the same of course. I recognize it can be hard to troubleshoot issues but you are very close to a fix. You just have to restart with the provisioning profiles and when its asking you which certificate to use...make sure your choosing the distribution cert...not development. Although you always create a dev cert...I have never used it during creating profiles or signing.

Still the same ... I have deleted all provisioning profiles on developer.apple.com
and made a new one, only distribution, not ad-hoc, just first one. Then downloaded and installed on Xcode. I'm showing a ss from Xcode as a prove (preferences -> accounts):

I also deleted all provisioning profiles on developer.apple.com and still by using Application Loader there is the same problem, the same error. Is that possible that I can do so without a profile? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Regards
@Thunder_Child
I think I may know what is the problem. I watched some tutorials on YT and in all of them
in Xcode they have provisioning profiles in the Library (Windows -> Orginizer -> Devices)
I downloaded my provisioning profile and double clicked on it. Xcode icon bounced but it's still not in there.

Im not sure why you have push notifications services in your app but maybe your code allows that. I see you have 3 distribution profiles. You shoukd only insert one into xcode.
In your downloads I dint see a dev certificate or production certificate. You may have done this long ago. Ultimately you shoukd have
One keychain access certificate from authority
One developers certificate from apple
One distribution certificate from apple
One distribution profile from apple

I have like you have written down, what do you have in Xcode "Library"? You have provisioning profile in Organizer? I'm not saying about "Devices" section.
