in iPhone and Android Publishing

I make an update to an existing app adding an IAP. The IAP is "Waiting for Review". The binary is ready to upload. Do I have to wait for the IAP to be "Approved" or can submit the app. The current version of the app does not have an IAP.

    I believe you just go on and submit the app. The IAP will be approved once the app is approved. That's how it worked for mine.
