Templates

in Working with GS (PC)

Hi when i download a template and go into the folder and locate the windows version and open the template it just opens a blank gamesalad creator... one template i am trying to look at is http://www.deepblueapps.com/level-select-system/.
I am running version 0.10.4.1

    @ohshoe, While most of our templates work with Windows this one will only work on a Mac due to using some features the Windows version hasn't got right now (see description on the site).

    I'm not sure when the PC version will be bought up to par with Mac, sorry.

    DBA templates are always very good and the chaps respond quickly to support requests. As Darren said, keep your eyes on the Windows versions. Most of their older templates work fine, including the free ones.

    Anything that says 'GS RC or Nightly build' more or less won't and we have to wait until the Windows creator is updated to 0.11.X - when that will be, who knows. :(

    i found a way to by pass the fact about the update all you have to do is create a new game save and exit then delete/combine the assets and objects and add the images, actors, tables, ect.
