GameCircle is the equivalent to GameCenter for iOS for Amazon devices (and I believe Android too). https://developer.amazon.com/public/apis/engage/gamecircle

It mean we make an GameCircle ID from Amazon, and can use on Play Store too right?

Neat, I was going to guess 'No', but it turns out Amazon does offer it on any Droid device.

I take that to mean, yes, games on Play Store can have Game Circle in them.
