Can someone help me step by step guide

I was browsing this article hoping to know how to compile one but no luck

I have Xcode and GS. A project ready.
I want to compile it in a single executable file that works on iPod(or any devise in others case). that file should be the binary source code that can be uploaded in the apple store. can anyone give me a guide/step by step procedures
