I cant do any thing

I became an express member I cant seem to get it activated I cant make any games and its not letting me use my iphone with it. I payed using paypal the other day. I have that set for auto draft so I know my membership is payed for. pleas help.

    You should be able to make games just fine - even without paying.

    The express version just lets you publish your games

    To make games for the iPhone, you also need to be a member of Apple's iPhone developer program.
    That costs 99$/year also.

    does your computer meet the minimum specs? intel, OS version etc.?
