Help me gamesalad i dont know to scroll in a scene (windows)

Hi iam working on a new game its like angry birds here is the problem

It is a long picture and need to put a ground on the ather side so that the ball brakes but how do i scroll to get there ?

It sounds like you want to adjust the camera. This video explains it pretty well:

I have followed this tutorial..... I have not for the life of me figured this out yet. Is there some attribute the background needs to have?
