loading app start to finish

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Does any know the steps in order to upload a game? Like certificates then make bundle id then itunes theb publish, like i am doing everything i know but not sure if im doing it in the correct order. And is it requires to run a game through xcode to sign the app? Ive done xcode for testing but never been able to save a file that ive used to test. Sorry i know this is alot but ive been stuck for 5 days now, cant get the app uploaded
