Fixing Text Issues

So I am wondering what I am doing wrong with game text. It originally was working fine with no issues. Then I selected a font and that seemed to be fine in the Gamesalad emulator, however once I got it on device the text appears on two lines for almost all the text.

When I adjust text is adjusting the box width enough or do I need to adjust the actor only?
