Update problem with a game for Android

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I am trying to update my existing game for Android, and all I get is this message: There is something wrong with our servers. Contact us and reference publish request [786d07a4-0d10-48e8-87c6-c4dfb91b800a].
My existing game has Android Version Code set at:1 and Publicly Visible Version set at: 1.0
I have my update Android Version Code set at: 2 and Publicly Visible Version set at: 2.0 .Could this be the problem???

    I'm getting that too. probably just a temporary problem
