What is the APK Signer? How do I use it?

I'm new to Game Salad. I have windows 7 and I already started working on my game. How do I export it to my Android? Do I have to use the APK signer? f yes, how do I do it. Thanks!

You have to sign your APK before you can install it or upload it to Android. It’s pretty simple to do.
