It was definitely released. And I've seen plenty of games that are much worse. I.E anything Mateen makes. :P
Another balls-up Atari made was Pac-Man. They manufactured more copies of that cart than they had 2600 consoles. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?!?!?!
Did they SERIOUSLY think people would buy more than one copy? Absolutely ridiculous.
