    Check the Monetization section of the Cookbooks in the HELP section of the GS Site..

    Lots of good data that for newer users..

    You can have start-up ads and interstitial ones (appears on pauses, etc)
    Just select REVMOB on the publishing settings and insert your app id.

    But take a look at the cookbook like mentioned
