Rotating turret tracking - unresponsive area

Hi, I'm having trouble with my turret-ball game and would really appreciate some help.

Basically you control the ball and try to avoid turret lasers - a basic survival-style game.
Everything works fine except when the ball travels to the right side of the screen (about 1/4 in), the turret stops tracking it.

I've tried altering the vectortoangle formula (in turret), changing game dimensions, and many ball/turret properties but the problem persists. Here is the game: http://arcade.gamesalad.com/game/120596
NOTE: I shifted the game over as a temporary fix.
