Bugger and Nuts. Lost my .keystore file somehow

For some reason, my .keystore has wiped some of my old titles. One of which I updated for Easter but on Google Play, I can't update the game because my SHA file doesn't match.

Anyone experienced this and found a work around? Otherwise google say the only way is to create a new game which I don't really want to do as it's had lots of downloads and over 500 daily plays and growing.

I can't understand what's happened to my .keystore as its lost all my older games. I havent changed or moved it or anything.
