Issues with Background moving

in Working with GS (PC)

I have code written to move the background from right to left and when the background moves entirely to within visible frame, I want to spawn the same background again at the end of rightmost end so that it just continues going. I am not sure why it is happening, but when I reduce the speed of background moving from left to right, Spawning happens as expected; if I increase it- it is not working. something is going wrong and not able to find it out. Appreciate your help!! thanks
