Publishing Gamesalad Game Twice Separately For iPhone and Android

I was wondering. Since iPhone is the only platform with things like in app purchases as opposed to Android's Google Play Store. Does this mean I should have a completely separate version under my portfolio for each platform? How exactly does that work?

I've always generated a branch alternate save of my submitting project file and adjusted it for Android elements (in-app elements, ads, screen resolution, etc.)..

Sorry I don't understand you fully. Are you saying you do have separate saves/uploads to gamesalad of the game for each platform?

@andrewhnovak@gmail.com‌ You will see listed in the portfolio for a title a list of options/platforms. You can publish a different binary from the file you use.
I tend to have a separate GS project file for each platform but publish them through the one entry in the portfolio (if that makes sense).
