PlayHaven is it worth it?

I set up iAds for my game.

However, playhaven is right there. I was thinking of using it for a start up ad. But there isn't anything i can see when i google it so far. I figure I should just ask people here.

How does the start up ad look?

Where can i find example of it?

Is it worth it? Some of the stuff i've seen in the forums is, unless your in a country that doesn't allow you to use apple iAds. Playhaven seems to be not very transparent and doesnt perform as well as iAds. But thats only from what ive gotten reading threads on it.

I was thinking of keeping a simple banner on the bottom. But if the playhaven start up ads isn't too bad. I would consider using that as well.

Any advice would be a great help. Also examples i can look at would help me decide as well.

Hello.

Simple banners on bottom are not yet possible to do with GS.
I am using Revmob, they are the best eCPM from the options.

Never used Playhaven, just chartboost and revmob.
I read that iAds doesn't fulfill every banner call on the game.

Thanks, I was thinking admob, but im going to use that for the android version. Then i'll compare since it's my first game.

I heard that too, but i did some research and iAds have improved over the last year and it's much easier for North Americans to fill out their ad spots then overseas.

But i may pick up another one. Right now, the game is done. Im just putting in the gamecentre stuff and ads. Im just seeing if anybody used playhaven so i can get a first hand experience. Since its right there. It can't hurt to add.

anybody have first hand experience?

GameSalad only have a few ad choices iAds and PlayHaven for IOS.

• They will have RevMob and Chartboost for both IOS and Android (in the next release).
• You can use them if you want to release a product built using the nightly builds.
• Admob is not available on GameSalad.

Ok thanks... im going to try out playhaven and iad's for now. I'll try the others later on to experiment.
