Application loader not working

Hi
Can anyone help? Every time I try to upload my binary to itunes connect via Application Loader it doesn't work. I end up on 'verifying assets to itunes store' for about 25 minutes and then it says
Unable to authenticate the package: 856369873.itmsp
Error...the bundle identifier cannot be changed to the current value...if you want to change your bundle identifier you will need to create a new application.
invalid code signing
I have tried reinstalling Xcode and changing certificates but still nothing.
Can anyone help?
