Ad-hoc Windows and Android Testing

Hey guys,
Are there other ways of testing a 80% completed game on an android device without going through the Publish process? Or put in another way, at what stage of completion does one need to Publish an app for ad-hoc testing? Are there any minimum completion requirements?

Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hey, there are no minimum completion requirements. Just publish the app and download the .apk file. To test it on an android device just email it to yourself using gmail and download it directly on the device.
Publishing an app through gamesalad doesn't automatically allow others to see it. You have to go through additional steps for that. So you can publish an app at any point during the build phase.

I had this dilemma when I was new. Just click publish in the creator and create an apk. No one will see it only you. Then transfer the apk to your device. Or for fast testing purposes, just use Gsviewer. But it won't show ads.
