Hello to GS Community,

Gamesalad caught my eye almost 2 years ago. I have started a project a year and a half ago but without success because of the financial part. Although, I got my hands on a new project 2 months ago and I am here to present you my FIRST game ever.
I haven't invested in hiring a designer, I made the graphics myself (never been good at that).

Are you ready to have your eyes leaked and to soak up huge amount of delicious candies?

Welcome in the world of mouth-watering cookies!

Candy Hop is a challenging game, where you, as a candy, have to hop from flavourful yellowy-pinkish cookies to tricky ones! The main feature in the game is CONTROLLING your candy speed by using Right and Left Fan!

Be ready to experience:


∙ Realistic Behaviours


∙ HARD-TO-MASTER Control System


∙ Tricky moments

WARNING!


In order to achieve high score you have to:


∙ Tap on the screen to SPAWN cookie platforms (NOTE- they move from right to left)


∙ Collect STARS while playing in order to have AVAILABLE cookie platforms to spawn


∙ Each cookie platform hit is one point!


∙ Beware: The more you advance, the harder it gets!

    Looks great !

    I think you may have an issue with the title though, the word Candy (in relation to video games) is 'owned' by King, makers of Candy Crush, this is true for the EU, not 100% sure what the status of their trademark claim is in the US though.

    The word 'CANDY' is owned by the producers of Candy Crush Saga? I am a bit frustrated because it is universal word if I can say so. Arghh :neutral_face:

    A King.com spokesperson provided a statement to Mashable on Tuesday.

    "We have trademarked the word 'CANDY' in the EU, as our IP is constantly being infringed and we have to enforce our rights and to protect our players from confusion. We don't enforce against all uses of CANDY – some are legitimate and of course, we would not ask App developers who use the term legitimately to stop doing so.

The particular App in this instance was called 'Candy Casino Slots – Jewels Craze Connect: Big Blast Mania Land', but its icon in the App Store just says 'Candy Slots', focussing heavily on our trademark. As well as infringing our and other developer's IP, use of keywords like this as an App name is also a clear breach of Apple's terms of use. We believe this App name was a a calculated attempt to use other companies’ IP to enhance its own games, through means such as search rankings."</i>
