What Ad Networks can you put in GameSalad game?

I'm trying to piece everything together and pre-plan for games of mine, and one of the things that has confused me is what ad networks you can implement into GameSalad games right now? Like can I put any of the ad networks into my game or are they limited in some ways like I read ? Like what all can you use StartApp, Admob, MillennialMedia, AirPush, RevMob
