Good websites for app development chat ?

I have been searching for some app development communities whether IOS or Android but I have not been able to find any, that get lots of traffic or daily users. I mostly am looking to chat about earnings stuff or how to better monetize with ads and that kind of stuff, anyone know of any good communities ?
