Hi, I was wondering where I could get an easy program that makes an animation for you or its easy to make one quickly

Honestly using illustrator to draw everything using vector shapes and then importing into after effects to use keyframes is extremely easy. I had no prior experience doing it and I think my results turned out great.

I heard of Explosion Generator 3 but that didn't work when I downloaded it it did nothing when I clicked run so if anyone has a download of that works, Please let me know
I don't know of any programs that make animations for you, but I've heard GoAnimate is pretty easy to use.
I know illustrator has a neat little feature where it allows you to trace old images, that could come in useful to see the previous 'part' of the animation. Here's a tutorial that explains how to use the image trace:

GIMP is free and not TO hard to use... but if you don't have a lot of time it may not be right (if it is more than a few frames
Awesome Thanks I have used gimp and I have a lot of time so im doing around 20 frames at a time. It's really working out Gimp is a great tool!
