Feature on itunes longer than expected

Hi Guys,
We had a feature on New and Noteworthy for Buzzbee (worldwide) for approx a week and a half (ended last night) and now were in what's hot section but only the UK from quick glance.
I thought a feature only lasted 1 week? not complaining and sales have still been pretty low at 40-80 a day.
I wish they would of done this with our latest game Jungle Bug (fingers crossed they will).
Anyone else had this in for over a week then still in via another catergory?
