My app wont submit to app store

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Approved and Deliverable App Version
You can only transfer apps that have at least one approved and deliverable version.

what does that means? what have i got to do? thanks

    it wont let me open provisioning profile

    I published a game earlier today and I made one silly mistake. My identifiers were different. I suggest that you double check that.

    no i only have one identifier so how can it be different?
