in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hi i have been publishing to the apple appstore for the past years i have just started but i really want to know how to publish your app!!!whenever i do it.It give me a link.I click on it and it said bad URL

    What link? From where? Which URL? Was this during uploading in Application Loader or on the GameSalad publishing site?
