In App purchases for Android

I want to make in app purchases for android in my game. I read you can do it with the amazon app store, but I don't feel the average user will use this store. How can I set up in app purchases for the play store?

    What about ads? And is there alot of people that use Amazon store?

    When you say no banner ads, isn't that the kind of ad that flappy birds uses? Also Revmob vs. Chartboost, is one of them proven to be more profitable than the other and how are these two not banner ads? Sorry for playing 21 questions.
