help me buy the Pro renewal

Hey guys, i'm in Canada and can't renew through UltimatePay - my credit card is being declined for some reason (it works fine everywhere else). I want to pay Gamesalad but I don't know how....this is so frustrating. Any ideas or help are greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hi @jorkos, as @uptimistik‌ mentioned, you'll need to submit a support ticket so we can get your account unblocked. Our payment provider sometimes has overzealous fraud protection measures.
