How to make controls follow the camera and actor along a scene

I've been working on a game recently and couldn't figure out how to get the controls to follow the actor along the scene. If you have an idea please post it! Thanks

You need a non scrollable layer. In the layers tab make a new layer uncheck scrollable and place your controls on that layer.

Take your actor out of the non-scrollable layers. It has to be scrollable.
