.ipa not working in application loader?? solved

so iv done this multiple times, but this time its not working?
i upload my project to my portfolio like always using the update game section, (yes everything is as it should be, nothing has been changed in the portfolio area except for the version number.)
i click generate app, and wait a while, then click sign app.

the app signs and downloads as it always does.
i go into the application loader, click on "deliver your app" and when it comes to the choose file, my project file i downloaded from my portfolio wont work? it isnt highlighted?
maybe theres a new version of the application loader?
please someone help, cheers.
