Hi every body .
I want to announce my app called " The Referee " , and i hope you like it .

DESCRIBTION
Every thing you need to be " The Referee " in ONE app .
This COOL app has ::
WHISTLE . ( very high sound , but to make it higher , put your hand down the device ).
YELLOW & RED CARDS . ( you can also write the names of player who take a card ) .
NICE FLIP COIN GENERATOR .
SCORE BOARD . ( you can add or remove score by pressing + and - buttons ).
TIME BOARD . ( you can pause the time and resume it again when you want , and this board has Extra time section , if you want to refresh the time press the time for 2 seconds ).
** Just 3MB , won't take up a lot of space on your device .

why my app icon is white when it installs in my device ?
