Problem Uploading to apple

I am having a problem uploading my app. The form on your website "http://cookbook.gamesalad.com/tutorials/3/parts/13" is out of date. It says that when I am in game salad that I need to click on publish. When I do this it takes me to my profile on game salad, not an upload file option or anything like that. Can I please get some information on how to fix this problem. I am not a pro member but I plan to in the future after I make enough money on my app to put ads and to also put it on the android market.
