in iPhone and Android Publishing
Hi I am developing an application with a friend and we are using game salad and we were wondering in order for us to publish this application to the IOS app store do we have to pay the $300 for game salad pro and the $100/year for the app developer account? please help. Thank you

    You don't need Pro to publish to the app store, but you do need the $100/year Apple account.

    If you publish a game without having Pro, though, GameSalad insert adds into the game promoting other GameSalad games.

    Ok so what about iAd if i publish the app on the app store having already payed the $100 can i puts ads in my app through apple or does it need to be through game salad?

    In order to remove the default GameSalad ads and/or insert your own, you will need a Pro GameSalad license.

    Just keep in mind that if you guys are students you get 50% discount on this $300.If you consider $250 (100 apple + 150 GS) for two people it is a nice price to get started with this world and get to know this area better in a year, good luck.
