Crashing on Animate

Quick question,

Evertime I set up animate and I get more then 20 pics inside the animate box gamesalad crashes.
Anyone know why?

    It may be because you are running too many commands at once. This happened to me as well. Try only uploading 1-8 pictures at once per time, and don't forget to save frequently just to be safe. I hope this helped.

    Another reason could be the size of the images - too many, too large and that'll cause a crash.
