I need immediate help from support

Guys, PLEASE look at my support tickets I have posted.

I have purchased pro nearly 14 hours ago and Im still not pro. I have Logged in and I have logged out and nothing has changed.

I posted this once already and someone just closed it and left a link to support.
I have submited tickets already and a bug report. Now I am posting in the tech support forumn.
I am not being rude. But when I spend that much money I dont expect it to take days to upgrade my account guys.
Please help me out.

    The person who posted a link to support is a member of the GameSalad Staff. If you've submitted a ticket via that link, be patient and I'm sure they'll get to it.
