How would I make this special kind of in app purchase?

So I am making a one level type of game like flappy birds (don't get the wrong idea though, it is absolutely nothing like flappy birds:) my question is a little bit hard to explain so i'm going to use flappy birds as an example. if i was to do a clone game of flappy birds (which once again i'm not) how would you go about making an in app purchase where the user could get one round to increase there chances at a high score by purchasing one round of the game where the bird is smaller and the spaces between the bars are larger. say .99 cents or maybe .50 cents (not sure if you can customize a tier in in app purchase) However I should specify that i don't want to permanently unlock the level. just where the user has to pay every time they purchase the particular round with the tiny birds and large spaces between bars. I would assume this would be a consumable iap, but i'm not sure. So would I just make it a consumable but do the same unlock level thing as non consumable and not make the load attribute to save the unlock level? any serious answers will help. thank you
and yes, I know in my game I would have to specify that the purchase is only for one round and not a permanent unlock…lol I just figured somebody would say that so i'm saving you time.
